Since the engineering services, particularly when combined with the IT systems will often be the most dominant factor in a project (be it criticality, budget, logistics, spacial demand or timeframe) we are often asked by clients to provide a site based service. This is particularly relevant to infrastructure or complex in-situ projects with live continuous working environments. This can either be supplementary to the normal site inspection duties or be a separate commission. When providing contract administration we are perfectly at home in providing the resource to tackle the required aspects including:
- Financial control, including cost plans, valuations and final accounts.
- Contractual issues and instructions.
- Programme control.
- Quality control.
- Chairmanship of meetings.
- Client reporting.
