We are a professional services consultancy that specialises in adding value by helping and advising organisations, and in particular end users. The practice was launched in 1988 to provide clients with a comprehensive service for their mechanical, electrical and information technology needs.

This service encompasses professional advice and management across a very broad spectrum of project content from initial appraisals and scheme analysis through concept and detailed design to supporting a full professional team or Clients FM department. All aspects of services including air conditioning, power, lighting, fire alarms, ventilation, sanitation, security, fire engineering, structured cabling and associated support services can be selected, designed and specified by us.
We are considered a rare commodity in the Building Services market given our relevant approach and extensive hands-on involvement throughout the design and management of our projects.

Presently MEIT Associates directly employs thirty staff with continued future growth expected. This is regarded as a medium to large size practice, particularly of those with experience geared towards end users and more specifically, the financial and technology services industry.

Our sound and independent financial base provides strength and confidence for our future, but our evolution has taught us not to be complacent. We have, and will continue to expand our management platform in response to the maturing relationships we have developed with many Clients over a number of years.

We are bringing forward a cohesive blend of home grown and specifically sourced personnel to deliver what we believe to be a correct balance for our market place reflecting the need for responsive, flexible and intelligent approaches to all projects.

MEIT Associates were the first UK Building Services consultant to design (and have operational before the end of 1996), the latest generation of interoperable open protocol controllers on a common network.

This LONWorks standard is now rapidly becoming the market norm amongst the informed and progressive users who wish to adopt this flexible approach.
